Our Verdict
A rock bouncer in RC form. It's fast for a crawler at 25 mph and it can still handle serious off-road terrain. The trade-off is it doesn't crawl as well as a dedicated crawler or bash as well as a dedicated basher. But if you want to blast through rock gardens instead of tiptoeing, the Ryft is a lot of fun.
The in-between pick for people who find pure crawlers too slow and pure bashers too limited on rocks.
The Axial RBX10 Ryft is a 1/10-scale 4WD brushless crawler priced at $589.99 MSRP. It has a manufacturer-claimed top speed of 25 mph. It weighs 8.38 lbs and measures 23" long. Battery: 5000mAh 3S.
